Return Policy

Any item that was damaged in the process of shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Flavors of Asia Inc. will exchange or refund the defective item(s) if reported within 24 hours. 

Flavors of Asia Inc. will not be liable for defective items not reported within 24 hours.

Open food products are non-returnable.

If by mistake you received Wrong or damaged goods, they may be returned or exchanged depending on availability. 

We are not responsible for your preference of taste on any product since preference varies.  

Note-It could take up to 14 days to process the return and credit to your account

Editing Orders:

If you want to add items or make a change to your order, the best way to do so is by emailing us: info@asianflavorsstore.com. Shipping charges may apply. **Please try to make your change as soon as possible. Preferably within 24 hours of the placement of your order.

 

Restocking Fee:

According to our restocking fee guidelines, there will be a charge between 20% and 50% of the item price as a restocking fee, depending on the return reason, type of product, and the item’s condition when returned.
